Who are we?
The GREEN YOUTH Leipzig! Young people under 28 who don’t accept that things as the way they are – we question them. We meet weekly to discuss political developments and take action.
What we want!
To change the world before others do – and in Leipzig we are starting to do that! Together we stand up for a just coexistence of all people on this earth:
We oppose the exploitation of our planet at the expense of future generations!
We initiate discourses on outdated social models and break up structures!
We strive to overcome borders and prejudices – against racism, nationalism, sexism and social inequalities!
How do we achieve this?
At our weekly meetings we plan actions, talk about current issues and network with other youth organisations. Political engagement of young people is more important than ever!
Please note, currently all of our weekly meetings are in German and we are not able to provide translation. Still, we welcome people of all backgrounds!
